Products and Services Zen Aura offers wellness and self-care products designed to enhance comfort and relaxation. Minor variations in color, size, or packaging may occur due to supplier differences and product updates.

Orders and Payments We accept Credit/Debit Card and Shopify Payments. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Prices include VAT in accordance with applicable laws.

Order Changes & Cancellations Orders can only be modified or canceled within a short time after placing them. Once processed or shipped, they cannot be changed or canceled.

Limitation of Liability Zen Aura is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
